HOW YOU CAN HELP

We all remember a favorite teacher who changed our lives and shaped who we are today. The past several years highlighted even more how vital educators are to our students, our families, and our communities. Your support ensures HFE can provide accessible, quality professional development and training so Hawaiʻi educators can continue to change and shape the lives of our keiki now and into the future.

YOUR IMPACT

“Coming to a new school, I really didn’t have that connection with my students. I really didn’t know much about them. Professional development helped me to find ways that I can build those connections, make my classroom more culturally responsive to them, which in turn, opened up my classroom. My students are much more open now, willing to talk, willing to do work, and I just felt it helped me to build a much more positive relationship.”
